Shopify on ezmarketplaces
Shopify as one channel among marketplaces: products, inventory and orders through the Admin GraphQL API, so your own store and Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho share one stock figure.
Standing as of 7 October 2026: Connect from the Integrations screen; the backfill starts on consent.
What the connector does
- Connects per store: enter the myshopify domain and approve on that store's consent page, or paste a custom-app access token.
- Imports products and orders; pushes available stock.
- Treats the store's orders like any marketplace order for picking, packing, returns and accounting export.
What it does not
- Manage themes, apps, discounts or checkout.
- Reconcile Shopify Payments payouts yet; marketplace settlements come first.
How it connects
By consent on Admin API · admin.shopify.com: press Connect, approve on the marketplace, and the marketplace issues us a token. We never see your password. Write access is granted per channel, when you decide, and can be withdrawn on the marketplace's own console. Shopify's own documentation
Worth knowing about Shopify
- Available stock, not on-hand, is what the store receives: on hand minus what is reserved for open orders across every channel.
- A unit sold on the store and on a marketplace in the same minute is the oversell case; the next sweep corrects it and the order can be fulfilled from another location.
Questions
- Do I need to install an app from the Shopify App Store?
- No. Connection is a per-store OAuth consent, or a custom-app token you create in your store's admin.
- Does my store's stock stay in sync with Flipkart and Amazon?
- Yes, from one available-quantity figure. Downward corrections are pushed first because an oversell costs more than a missed sale.
- Can I use ezmarketplaces only for Shopify?
- You can, but the product earns its keep on marketplaces: settlements, returns and claims. A store alone is better served by Shopify's own tools.
