LiveFlipkart on ezmarketplaces
Flipkart order, listing, inventory and settlement management: every listing state imported, publish through Listing Management v3, settlement reports matched to orders, and SPF claims drafted.
Standing as of 7 October 2026: Connect from the Integrations screen; the backfill starts on consent.
What the connector does
- Connects by OAuth on Seller Hub; imports orders in every state Flipkart exposes.
- Imports active, inactive, archived and blocked listings, so a 3,000-listing catalogue reads as 3,000.
- Publishes listings, price and stock through Flipkart's Listing Management v3 contract.
- Requests the settlement report, retries until Flipkart has generated it, and writes every deduction to the Recovery ledger with the source line.
- Imports returns into the Returns ledger on each poll.
What it does not
- Read settlement reports on a Seller Hub plan that excludes report access; the row says so instead of recording zero.
- Cancel an order where Flipkart's API does not allow it; the order says so and the cancellation is done on Seller Hub.
How it connects
By consent on Seller Hub · seller.flipkart.com: press Connect, approve on the marketplace, and the marketplace issues us a token. We never see your password. Write access is granted per channel, when you decide, and can be withdrawn on the marketplace's own console. Flipkart's own documentation
Worth knowing about Flipkart
- Flipkart's settlement CSV carries one row per order with each deduction in its own column: marketplace fee, fixed fee, collection fee, shipping fee, subvention. Four appear in every settlement: commission, 1% TCS, return adjustments and logistics. TCS is recorded as recoverable credit, not as a fee.
- The settlement reference number is the UTR and appears in the bank narration (the NEFT ID column), which is what the bank-credit match joins on, because two payouts routinely land on the same day.
- Weight-discrepancy and freight overcharges become recovery rows against a rate card per carrier; a claim window is stored per channel and editable, because Flipkart changes it.
Questions
- Does ezmarketplaces publish new listings to Flipkart?
- Yes, through Listing Management v3, after the draft passes Flipkart's category rules in our validator. The channel's answer is shown on the panel, including a refusal.
- Why does my settlement show a few minutes after the period ends?
- Flipkart generates the report on request. The period is retried until the report exists rather than being recorded as zero.
- Can I keep my current OMS and only use reconciliation?
- Yes. OAuth read access is enough for the reconciliation pass and does not interfere with another tool holding write access.
