Amazon SAFE-T claims in 2026: the filing window shrank, and the inspection step now decides eligibilitySAFE-T is how a seller-fulfilled Amazon seller is reimbursed when Amazon refunds a customer at the seller's cost. In 2026 Amazon cut the filing window from 60 days to 30 on its US store and tied eligibility to a four-day inspection step. Amazon.in sellers should read their own SAFE-T policy page for the window that applies, and act as if it is 30.

How to claim Flipkart SPF: the 14-day window, the evidence, and the two ways to fileFlipkart's Seller Protection Fund reimburses a return that comes back damaged, wrong, empty or not at all. The rules that decide a claim are few and specific, and they are in Flipkart's own FAQ: 14 days from receiving the return, 7 days to dispute a rejection, 120 days for a parcel that never arrived.

TCS and TDS are not marketplace fees. Booking them as fees hides money you can claimTwo deductions in every marketplace settlement are taxes collected on your behalf, recoverable in full. Put them in the commission bucket and a 10% channel reads as 11%, and the credit is never claimed.

Amazon retired the XML settlement report. What changes for your reconciliationSince March 2026 the Flat File V2 settlement report is the only one Amazon produces. Its layout differs from the old reports in a way that doubles every figure if you import it naively.
