Amazon India on ezmarketplaces
Listings, orders, FBA inventory, settlements and returns for Amazon.in sellers through the Selling Partner API, with SAFE-T claims drafted from the settlement variance.
Standing as of 7 October 2026: The connector is built. Connections run in sandbox until Amazon lists the application.
What the connector does
- Imports listings in every state, orders, FBA and merchant-fulfilled inventory.
- Reads the Flat File V2 settlement report and matches every charge line to its order.
- Drafts SAFE-T claims for short remittances and wrong fees, with the evidence attached.
- Publishes listings, prices and stock through an outbox with idempotency keys.
What it does not
- Connect a live seller account until Amazon lists the application; sandbox until then.
- Replace Seller Central for account health, advertising or A+ content.
How it connects
By consent on Seller Central · sellercentral.amazon.in: press Connect, approve on the marketplace, and the marketplace issues us a token. We never see your password. Write access is granted per channel, when you decide, and can be withdrawn on the marketplace's own console. Amazon India's own documentation
Worth knowing about Amazon India
- Amazon retired the XML and original flat-file settlement reports in March 2026; only Flat File V2 is read. Its first row is a deposit header, not a charge, and is skipped, which is the mistake that doubles every figure in naive importers.
- Buyer names and addresses are erased 30 days after an order reaches a final state, the limit Amazon's Data Protection Policy sets, and every read before then is an audited disclosure.
- Connection is by consent on Seller Central; we never see the seller's password, and the token is encrypted under a key that belongs to the workspace.
Questions
- Can I connect my Amazon.in account today?
- Not to production. Our application is in Amazon's solution-provider review; connections run in sandbox and the Integrations row says so. The day the listing is approved, Connect appears.
- Do you handle FBA and merchant-fulfilled stock differently?
- FBA inventory is read from Amazon; merchant-fulfilled stock is pushed from your available quantity, downward corrections first.
- Will you file SAFE-T claims for me?
- The claim is drafted with the settlement line and evidence; filing it on Seller Central is yours, because the claim is made in your name.
