Marketplace settlement cycles and claim windows: Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, in one table

How long each marketplace takes to pay, when its clock starts, and how long you have to claim when something is wrong. Kept current; the date at the top is the last check, and every row names its source.

Settlement cycles

MarketplaceCycleClock startsNotes
Flipkart7 business days (Platinum, Gold), 10 (Silver), 15 (Bronze)Dispatch (the pickup scan)Paid on fixed days of the week; the settlement reference number is the UTR in your bank narration
Amazon.inA reserve of 7 days after delivery, then disbursement on the account's fixed cycleDeliveryFaster payout programmes exist for accounts in good standing; check Payments in Seller Central for your cycle
MeeshoAbout 7 days after deliveryDelivery, not dispatchNo settlement on an RTO; reverse shipping deducted on customer returns

Cycles are the marketplaces' published terms as of the date on this page, read from their seller help and from seller-education sources cited below; your own seller panel is authoritative for your account, and tiers move. Tell us when a row is wrong.

Claim windows

MarketplaceProgrammeWindowDispute a decision
FlipkartSeller Protection Fund (SPF)14 days from receiving the return; 120 days for a return that never arrived (after 60 have passed)7 days from the decision
AmazonSAFE-T (seller-fulfilled only)60 days historically; 30 days on the US store from 16 February 2026, from the later of return receipt and refund; check Amazon.in's policy pageAppeal within the claim
MeeshoClaims through the Supplier Panel support flowRaise promptly after the return is received; the panel states the window per caseThrough the same ticket

Taxes withheld in every settlement

LevyRateNature
TCS, CGST section 521% of net taxable valueRecoverable credit via GSTR-2A/2B against the marketplace's GSTR-8
TDS, section 194-O0.1% of gross sales (individuals and HUFs under ₹5 lakh a year with PAN are exempt)Recoverable credit via Form 26AS

Some seller guides state Flipkart's TDS as 1%. The statute is 0.1%; a settlement line showing 1% is TCS, not TDS. The distinction matters because they are claimed in different returns.
