Lists, prices, ships, and reconciles across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and Shopify — powered by an XGBoost repricer, phantom-return shield, and real AI studio with PII redaction baked in.

Nobody adds a channel because the listing screen is hard. They add one because it sells — and then discover the cost sits downstream, in the four places below.
leaks through fee errors
Wrong weight slabs, commission charged at the wrong tier, returns that were never credited back. Each one is small enough to ignore on a single order and large enough to matter across a quarter.
that never line up
Meesho settles weekly, Flipkart roughly fortnightly, Amazon on its own schedule with its own return adjustments. Reconciling them by hand means three spreadsheets that disagree with each other and with your bank.
after the courier, after the buyer
A return-to-origin costs you the forward leg, the reverse leg and the sale. On the highest-RTO channels that is a structural cost, not an exception — and the claim window closes while you are still counting.
on every platform, from day one
Every marketplace deducts differently and reports differently. The reconciliation your accountant needs is not the report any single channel gives you.
Figures above are published industry estimates for Indian marketplace selling, not measurements of our own customers. We will show you yours from your own settlement files, in your first reconciliation pass.

Most catalogue tools ask for write access on day one and give you a mess to undo. This order exists so the risky half of the integration is the last thing that happens, not the first.
You authorise on the marketplace's own console — we never see a marketplace password. The token we get back can read orders, inventory and settlements. It cannot touch a listing or a price until you grant write access separately, per channel.
Orders, returns and settlement files land first. Nothing is pushed anywhere while this runs, so a connection that turns out to be wrong costs you nothing but the time.
Settlement lines are matched to orders, and short-payments and fee variances fall out of the difference. This is the pass that pays for the product, and it happens before you have configured anything.
Listings, prices and stock go out through one idempotent pipeline with per-channel rate limits and a dead-letter queue you can see. Grant write access to one channel first if you want to watch it work.
Pillars · 02
Listing studio, image studio, repricer, RTO predictor, copilot — every workflow has an AI hook with PII redaction + golden-set tests.
Cryptographically signed QR tokens, four-scan lifecycle, phantom-detection T+24/48/72 timers, auto-claims into SAFE-T / SPF.
Idempotent outbox + Polly v8 + per-marketplace rate-limit governors. Pact-conformant against the real wire shape.
Idempotent on (tenant, marketplace, period). Lines roll up nightly into ClickHouse. Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks export in Q3.
Analytics · 04
Every report is computed from one seller's own account and shown to that seller. There is no benchmark built from other sellers, because we do not build one.
Orders, revenue, cancellations, returns and settlement variance for each marketplace you connect, from your own order and settlement records. What a channel's API does not expose is said, not zeroed.
Landed margin per SKU per channel after commission, shipping, returns and GST — so you can see which listings lose money on every sale and stop selling them there.
For Amazon sellers who grant the Brand Analytics role: search-term, market-basket and repeat-purchase reports for your own brand and ASINs, used to sharpen your listings, choose what to bundle and plan restocks. Read inside your workspace only.
The Copilot answers margin, money-owed and tax-credit questions against your own data, and every figure comes with what it leaves out.
What the analytics will never do

So here is exactly what we can do with them, and what stops us doing more.
Every channel token starts able to read. Write access is granted per channel, deliberately, and shown on the channel card.
Marketplace refresh tokens are column-encrypted with your workspace's own key. There is no plaintext column to fall back to.
Row-level security sits under every tenant-scoped table, so a query that forgets your workspace returns nothing rather than someone else's orders.
Every write to a marketplace is recorded in a chain where an edited entry breaks the links after it. You can prove what was sent, and when.
PII is redacted before any model call, tool access is allow-listed, and your catalogue is never training data — yours or anyone else's.
Designed to run in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) so seller and buyer data stays in-country under the DPDP Act.
We are not SOC 2 certified. Readiness has been assessed and the remaining gaps are being closed; we would rather tell you that than show you a badge we have not earned. Ask and we will send the current assessment.
Pricing · 06
Your ops team should not cost you more for growing. Every plan is unlimited users; what moves is the order volume and the channels you switch on.

How pricing works
Why a quote and not a list price: order volumes in this category vary by two orders of magnitude between a seller on one channel and one on eight, and a single number would be wrong for most sellers in one direction or the other. Send the two inputs and you will have a written figure the same week.
Objections · 07
Not to start, and not to show you the number that matters. Connections are read-only by default; the first reconciliation pass needs nothing more. Write access is granted per channel, whenever you decide, and can be withdrawn on the marketplace's own console without touching us.
You export it. Orders, listings, settlements and the audit log are yours, and the export is not a retention lever — it stays available while the account exists. We would rather lose a customer cleanly than keep one who cannot get out.
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy and Snapdeal, plus ONDC as a network participant. Some are live and some are behind the marketplace's own partner approval — the integrations screen states which is which per channel rather than showing a logo wall.
The write is already in an outbox with an idempotency key, so it retries when the channel comes back and cannot apply twice. Anything that exhausts its retries lands in a dead-letter queue you can see and replay. The channel shows as degraded rather than silently doing nothing.
No. Connect one channel read-only, run the reconciliation pass, and compare it against what your current system reported. That comparison is the whole evaluation, it takes a settlement cycle, and nothing in your existing setup changes while you do it.
No card to start, and no charge for the first reconciliation pass — the one that tells you what you are owed. Beyond that we quote rather than publish a list price: order volume in this category varies by two orders of magnitude between a seller on one channel and one on eight, so a single number would be wrong for most people. Send us your monthly volume and your channels and you will have a figure the same week. Billing follows orders, never seats — your ops team growing does not cost you more.
In-country. The system is built to run in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) so seller and buyer data stays within India under the DPDP Act, and PII is redacted before any AI model sees it.

Every other page in this category opens with customer logos. We are early enough that ours would be borrowed, so here is what you can verify in an afternoon.
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Snapdeal — plus ONDC as a network participant. The integrations screen says per channel which are live and which are waiting on that marketplace's own partner approval, rather than showing you a wall of logos.
Connect one channel read-only and let the backfill finish. Settlement lines get matched to orders and the short-payments fall out of the difference. Compare that number against what your current system reported — that comparison takes one settlement cycle and costs you no change to anything you run today.
We are not SOC 2 certified and say so on this page. The leak figures above are published industry estimates, labelled as such, not our customers'. There are no testimonials here because there are no customers yet. You will find out which of those changed by reading it here first.
Roadmap · 09
No quarters. Several of these depend on a marketplace approving us, which we do not control — naming the blocker tells you more than naming a date we would then miss.
This list is maintained from the same tracker the team works off, not written for this page. Items move left as they ship and are removed when they do.
