ezmarketplaces vs EasyEcom

An OMS and WMS for Indian D2C brands, with a published four-week go-live and a dedicated success manager per account.

EasyEcom is the stronger pick for a brand that wants a guided four-week implementation, a WMS and a named person to call. ezmarketplaces is for a seller who would rather see the settlement gap today than start a project, and who wants the repricer, RTO scoring and return-fraud checks in the same tool.

Pick EasyEcom if

  • You want a guaranteed go-live date and a customer success manager assigned to you.
  • You need a WMS with purchasing and vendor management built in.
  • You need an integration among their 220-plus that we do not have yet.

Pick ezmarketplaces if

  • You want to start read-only on one channel with nothing to implement.
  • Billing by order volume, with unlimited users, suits you better than per-user pricing.
  • You want pricing, RTO risk and phantom-return detection to be part of the same product.

Where EasyEcom wins

  • A guaranteed implementation with a named success manager; we have no implementation because there is nothing to implement, which also means no one assigned to you.
  • Purchasing and vendor management, which we do not do.
  • Video-verified packing evidence; our dispute evidence is the signed scan trail.

Questions

Does ezmarketplaces reconcile settlements like EasyReco?
Yes, per order, across every connected channel, with a recovery queue for the gap. The first pass is free and needs read-only access. We do not yet have video evidence for disputes.
Is per-order billing cheaper than per-user?
It depends on your team size and volume. A five-person ops team on one channel usually pays less per order; a one-person seller on eight channels might not. Send the numbers and you get a figure the same week.
Which of EasyEcom's integrations do you lack?
Most carriers, POS and ERP systems. Our accounting export covers Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks, and shipping runs through each marketplace's own logistics.

Connect one channel read-only. The first reconciliation pass is free, needs no card, and changes nothing in EasyEcom or anywhere else.
